The promise
If Magic Ink isn't right for you, email hello@magicinkai.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. You don't need to argue.
How long it takes
We process refunds within one UK business day. Stripe usually returns the money to your card within 5–10 days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Your account is closed and your data is deleted. You're welcome back any time — we'll just ask you to subscribe again from scratch.
After 30 days
We don't refund partial months past the 30-day window, but you can cancel in one tap from the app and you won't be charged again.
Edge cases
Chargebacks initiated through your bank without contacting us first can result in your account being closed without refund. Just email us — it's faster, and we say yes.
