Magic Ink stores the documents you create, your account email, and your subscription status. Documents are scoped to your account using row-level security — nobody else, including us, browses them as a routine matter.

When you trigger the hidden assistant, the line you typed is sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. We don't attach your name, email, or document title to that request. Answers are cached locally in your browser so the same question doesn't re-hit the model.

Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only a customer reference and your subscription state.

You can delete any document at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@inkwell.app.
